Aw man, dreamt I watched 6x01 last night and it was just Sam Is Kinda Crazy And Does Things With His Brain. He could see ghosts - which doesn't make much sense in the Supernatural 'verse, but in my dream ghosts were invisible - and he could control them with his mind! And his hands.
